The charming local nightlife and delicious breakfast options made our stay special, while the lack of closet space and some missing bathroom accessories were notable downsides.

Loved the spacious bathroom and the adorable balcony view of stunning historic buildings. Staff were super friendly and the location was perfect for exploring. Plus, super close to Sevilla Metro station! 🏙️✨

Nothing that i didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions in downtown Madrid, making it easy to explore the vibrant culture, shopping, and dining. We had a lovely morning stroll around Retiro Park, where my adult kids enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could have used better cooling options.

I stayed in a Premium Deluxe King Room with Balcony and City View for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The balcony provided nice city views, but the street noise at night could be quite loud. Overall, the room felt a bit dated, like from the 80s, which wasn’t ideal. The balcony door also didn’t lock properly, which felt a bit sketchy. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, though, so that was a redeeming quality.

It was just an optimal selection for a quick stopover in Madrid with very good value for money. The location is truly central, just a few minutes away from Metro stations and attractions. Make sure to ask for a quiet room to avoid noise disturbances during your stay.

I really enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions, like the lovely Plaza de Santa Ana, just a short walk away, and the beautiful Parque del Retiro that's only a bit over a kilometer from the hotel, making it easy to take relaxing strolls every day.

I appreciated the hotel’s clean and spacious room on the 3rd floor, with a large bathroom that made my stay comfortable. The nearby attractions were a short and enjoyable walk away, perfect for exploring the vibrant surroundings.

More accessible seating areas for relaxation would help.

great location but noisy nights

The Premium Deluxe King Room with Balcony was impressive for its spaciousness and cleanliness. The city view was beautiful and made our mornings delightful. I appreciated the modern bathroom that added a fresh touch to our stay, feeling quite luxurious.

However, the street noise at night disrupted our sleep on more than one occasion.

Great location right in the heart! It was a short walk to Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park. Good for exploring and the nightlife. The room was spacious and perfect for our group vacation. Breakfast was basic but we found nice spots nearby. Staff was helpful with recommendations, like the awesome restaurant we tried. Good value for money!

The street noise at night was a bit much, so pack some earplugs for better sleep if you're sensitive. Not a huge issue, but just something to keep in mind during your stay.
